I want to make a cartoon similar to Madness Combat with original characters and stories. I will make the sprites and backgrounds. I would also be doing the writing and storyboards.

If possible, I'd like for it to be synced to a music. I'm planning to make this a series and have a 3-minute episode released every 2 months.

About the cartoon:

It's a story about an assassin living in a world that's a really big and seemingly infinite mall. He goes around taking out bad guys when the law can't do anything about them.
